PROGRAMME Information for presenters Two poster sessions will take place during the meeting and will be located in XXX.
Each poster will be presented during one session only.
Poster Session PS1: Saturday, August 31, 15:30 – 17:30
Poster Session PS2: Sunday, September 01, 15:30 – 17:30
Session PS1 gathers all posters from MicroSymposia MS01, MS02, MS07, MS10, MS11, MS13.
Posters from session PS1 can be installed starting Saturday morning and will have to be removed at the end of the session or before the coffee break of Sunday morning.
Session PS2 gathers all posters from MicroSymposia MS03, MS04, MS05, MS06, MS08, MS09, MS12.
Posters from session PS2 can be installed starting Sunday morning after the coffee break and will have to be removed at the end of the session or before coffee break of Monday morning.
Posters dimensions should be: height 119 cm & width 84 cm
Each poster should be fixed on the pannel labeled with the corresponding poster number provided in the abstract and program booklets. Material to fix the posters will be provided.
