Submit your abstract via MyEPDIC18
Participants wishing to make an oral or poster presentation at the Conference must submit an abstract.
The Program Committee will only evaluate abstracts sent via e-mail.
Authors must submit their abstract using the “EPDIC18 abstract template”; hardcopy submissions will not be accepted.
The abstract must be provided as a .doc or .rtf or .odt file, according to the template and sent as an attachment to the following e-mail address:
The subject line must contain “EPDIC18 abstract” followed by the last name of the presenting author, the selected MS and the preference for an oral or poster presentation, e.g.: EPDIC18 abstract, Lambert, MS3, Poster.
The submitting author must indicate in the e-mail his/her full professional address.
The presenting author must be named first in the authors’ list and must be a registered participant.
Before submission, the presenting author must make sure that all co-authors are aware of the contents of the abstract.
Acceptance as a speaker in a given MS will be communicated to the author after the decision has been made by the respective chairpersons. If the request for an oral presentation cannot be fulfilled, the contribution will be automatically redirected to the poster session.
Notification of acceptance as oral or poster contribution will be sent by June 30, 2024.
In addition to their talk, invited speakers (plenary speakers and keynote lecturers at MS) are allowed to submit a poster presentation.
